What is needed to start electronic payments and filings?

During setup you will print our electronic services form, sign it, and fax it to us. This gives us your authorization to link your U.S. bank account to pay your employees and/or federal, state tax and local agencies. It usually takes about 2 ½ weeks to get all the necessary confirmations from federal and state tax agencies. In the meantime, you can begin payroll immediately, and pay your employees by check today.

How do I set up a new account?

Simply call us at 1-877-222-2927 and we’ll guide you through the setup process. You enter company and employee information during this setup process. You can add additional employees or change rates of pay at any time, and the changes will be effective immediately.
